This policy explains what Edge 2 Edge Roofing ("we," "us") collects when you use edge2edgeroofing.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

When you submit an inspection or contact request, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, phone number, property address, and optionally your email address, the type of service you need, how you heard about us, and any message you write. Name, phone, and property address are required — we cannot schedule a roof inspection without them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects limited technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and the page that referred you. This comes from Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which use cookies and similar technologies. We use it to understand which pages and service areas people find useful.

Our reviews section is displayed through a third-party widget (Elfsight), which loads content from its own servers when you view that page.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your request and schedule an inspection or estimate
• To perform the roofing work you ask us to do, and to support it afterward
• To keep records of our customers and jobs in our customer management system
• To improve this website and understand how visitors use it
• To meet legal, insurance, warranty, and licensing obligations

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form with your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. Who we share it with

We share your information only with companies that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work — for example our customer management system (JobNimbus), our cloud hosting and database provider (Google Cloud), and analytics tools. We may also share information with insurance carriers or adjusters when you ask us to assist with a claim, with subcontractors or suppliers performing work on your property, and where required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

• Analytics: you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
• Marketing: reply STOP to texts, or ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the details below.
• Access and deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to do so. We will respond to any request we receive, wherever you live.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty, and insurance obligations. Roofing warranties can run for decades, so job records are generally kept long-term.

Security

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging roofing work. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
