Text Message Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) from Edge 2 Edge Roofing LLC ("we," "us"), sent from 877-511-6795. By texting us, or by giving us your mobile number on our website, through Google, or when you hire us, you agree to these terms.

What we text you about

• Your request: when you ask for a roof inspection or estimate, we text to reply and set up a time to talk.
• Your job: after we finish your roof, we may text once to ask how it went and invite you to leave a review. No reward is offered for a review.

We do not send promotional texts, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

How often

Message frequency varies with your request. Usually it is one or two texts per request, and one text after your job is completed. We text between 8 AM and 8 PM Eastern.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. To start again, reply START.

Your information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their marketing. How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and post the change on this page.
